Yoga Asanas Series Of Exercises

To get a perfect execution, you need a strict concentration in your routine. Luckily, you will find many yoga training sessions that will teach you the precision that yoga asanas requires. Definitely you will gain the full benefits to your mind and body if yoga is practiced regularly.

In yoga, all beginners should follow the correct sequence of the routine. In doing the correct poses is very important in yoga for you to obtain the full benefits. A yoga trainer should be present at all times to guide you through all the steps in your work out especially if it’s your first time with yoga. Yoga experts follow certain order to which yoga movements should be performed by students. Asanas should be practiced in these series:

  1. Warm up. Asanas has an exclusive style of poses that must be followed. In any form of exercise, there is always the warm out exercises before doing the real routine.
  2. Standing routine. These various routine must be followed and done correctly by students. Some of the common standing moves are standing side stretch pose, hands to feet work-out and triangle pose.
  3. Seating poses. These exercises are done while sitting on their yoga mats. Hero and child poses and spread leg forward hold are some samples of these routine.
  4. Twisted poses. The purpose of this work out is to boost the strength of the back, toning of the abdominal area and develop digestive system.
  5. Supine poses. The movements are done with their face up. Locust and wind relieving pose and leg pulls are some of the common movements.
  6. Balancing movements. Main function is at the abdominal organs. It’s also perfect for improving your brain and glandular system.
  7. Back bend movements. These are performed to develop your whole being. Parts of your body that works here are your legs, spinal cord, abdomen and arms.
  8. Finishing poses. Also, in any work out you need to end the session with finishing routines. Corpse pose and the final corpse movement are 2 prescribed routines.

Aside from these 8 series of asanas yoga, some breathing exercises are practiced by many. Take note that if you feel any discomfort or intense pain, you must discontinue with your yoga work out unless you have a go signal from your doctor.

Self discipline is what’s important in yoga. Aside from physical fitness, yoga will give a person emotional and spiritual fitness. Nowadays, yoga is known to be a mainstream in the world of fitness. Yoga originated in the east and it gave the people the maximum physical and spiritual benefit.

Americans have now accepted yoga as a good way of staying fit. Yoga today is not anymore related only to people who drink chamomile teas and who wear sandals. Nia is neuromuscular integrated action. It is a fitness style which combines dance, martial arts and self-healing. Nia came from the term Non-Impact Aerobics. It is a sixty minute work-out to relieve stress and burn some calories. It also improves grace and posture. Nia is a unique exercise because it is a different program which will make your body move in ways that your body is designed to. Nia is not like “no pain, no gain” exercises but is an exercise which is a proponent of pleasure. Many believe that they do this exercise because they think that the way of life can be done through dance. It is good to have physical pleasure in the way you move your body. Movements are fluid. Nia accompanied by music can combine our body and mind. Some would even interpret this exercixe as the perfect balance of yin and yang.

On the other hand, Hyp yoga is another type that uses hypnosis. When you integrate yoga to hypnosis is proven to have the greatest relaxation that opens the mind and changes in the physical body. The synergy created by this combination is powerful as to do them separately. This kind of exercise usually takes 60 minutes. You need to be in a relaxing pose so that your subconscious can be guided easily. Effects of this include quitting smoking and even reducing chronic pain.

Yoga is indeed beyond physical fitness. It’s fitness for mind together with body.
